Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality at vendor locations and ensuring that repair work meets approved procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct inspections at vendor facilities.

• Perform stage-wise and final inspections.

• Verify repair work against drawings and specifications.

• Monitor welding, rebuilding, cladding, metal spraying, fabrication and heat-treatment activities.

• Conduct or witness dimensional inspections.

• Coordinate non-destructive testing such as UT, MT, PT and RT.

• Review inspection reports, dimensional reports and test records.

• Identify quality deviations and ensure corrective actions.

• Close inspection punch points before dispatch.

• Conduct vendor quality audits.

• Support vendor development and quality improvement.

• Investigate repair failures and customer complaints.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions.
